Respecting The Values and Beliefs of Non-Believers
Please note that members are not encouraged to “recruit” new members. Members are encouraged to merely mention the Zebracorn or related topics and when appropriate suggest people to do a google search or direct people to this domain name.
GCZ Membership
Visitors to this website are encouraged to join to show support for our message. We have decided on a one-time-only joining fee of $5 to hopefully discourage people from joining multiple times and distorting membership numbers. We also hope the fee is small enough to encourage people to show their support. All money received from registration fees, website ads and voluntary donations are used to promote the Church of GCZ and the Zebracorn’s messages.
Membership Levels
Geecorn
Online membership is available for individuals of any nationality and any religion for a one-time-fee of only $5. Upon registration, an individual becomes a Geecorn member and receives a “Certificate of Membership”.
Geecorns are encouraged to mention the God-eating Cosmos-Creating Zebracorn in daily conversations whenever a positive outcome is likely. For example,
1-to make light of a situation that is too serious.
2-to counteract a divisive, non-inclusive faith based belief with a faith based belief.
3- to give guidance which is ethical, professional, helpful or positive when appropriate.
When new individuals register, they have the option to nominate a shepherd (the person who first mentioned the Zebracorn to them). When a Geecorn member gets their first nomination, they become a “shepherd”. When a member gets a total of three nominations (a flock of 3), the member becomes an Effcorn. A nominee’s nominations (and nominee’s nominee’s nomination and so on) also count.
Effcorn
When a member gets a total of ten nominations (a flock of 10), the Effcorn member becomes an Ecorn.
Ecorn
When a member gets a flock of 30, the member becomes an Deecorn.
Deecorn
Deecorn members can suggest changes and new ideas to be discussed and voted on by executive members.
When a member gets a flock of 100 and has at least 2 contributor points, the member becomes a Seacorn.
Executive Members
As well as being able to suggest changes and new ideas to be discussed and voted on, executive members will have the opportunity to vote on all proposed changes and ideas. They will also have the opportunity to endorse each suggestion with kudos. Suggested changes and ideas which receive 75% or more votes and receive kudos from at least 50% of members earn a contributors point. Suggested changes and ideas which receive less than 10% of votes will be deducted one contributor point.
Seacorn
When a Seacorn member reaches a flock of 500 and has at least 10 contributor points, the Seacorn member can request to become a Beacorn.
Beacorn
There can only be one Beacorn member in each country. If more than one Seacorn member requests to become a Beacon, the Beacon for that country will be decided in a annual election (See below).
Acorn
There can only be one Acorn on the planet Earth. After an Acorn returns to the Zebracorn’s imagination (death), Beacon member’s have the opportunity to run in the election to become the next Acorn. The Acorn oversees all matters relating the Church of GCZ and should be guided by the voice of the Zebracorn.
Elections
All executive members will have the opportunity to vote in the annual Beacon elections. A separate Beacon election will be conducted for each country that has more than one eligible Beacon. Countries with only one eligible Beacon will be decided automatically. Where two or more eligible Beacons receive the highest and the same number of votes, they should share the status and responsibilities of Beacon of their country for the following 12 months.
All executive members will have the opportunity to vote in Acorn elections when they occur.
